IN YEAR APPLICATIONS FOR ENTRY to Year R & Key Stage 1
Sometimes a child may need to join a school outside the normal admissions round if, say, you move house and your child can no longer attend their current school. Admissions to all year groups during the school year (i.e. apart from children joining Reception Class at the start of the academic year in September) are classed as 'In Year Admissions'.

To apply for an In Year place at Chilworth C of E Infant School you will need to complete an CMA form which you can access via the link below.

Please scan or photograph your completed form and supporting evidence and email it to:
schooladmissions@surreycc.gov.uk. If you are unable to email it, please post it to Admissions
Team, Quadrant Court, 35 Guildford Road, Woking, GU22 7QQ. We will be notified by Surrey upon completion of your application and we will contact parents within 10-15 days.
Appeals
If your application for a place is unsuccessful you have the right to appeal. Appeals resulting from in year admission applications will be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged. More information about making an appeal is available via this link:

The parishes of Chilworth and Albury are both part of the United Benefice of Shere,
Albury and Chilworth, and the District of Blackheath is part of the Parish of Wonersh
with Blackheath.
