Security Alert from Tucasi 15/10/2014

“It has been brought to our attention today that a particular internet protocol (SSL version 3) has a security vulnerability and will cause users data to be compromised.

What does this mean to you?

Tucasi have identified that a very small percentage of parents may be using this particular protocol to log on and make payments through the online payments system. If parents who are unable to use scopay.com, with an error similar to “Page cannot be displayed: enable SSLv3, TLS1.0, TLS1.1”, please advise them to update their internet browsers to the latest version. This action is unavoidable and has been carried out to protect parents data”

Introduction

Wherever possible we would like to encourage you to pay online. This reduces the amount of cash coming in to school, cuts down admin time and helps to eliminate errors. By clicking on the link below you will be able to log in to your own account and pay for trips, uniform, breakfast club etc.

In order to set up your account initially, you will need to use the access code which is available from the school office. This code is only valid the first time you register and you will simply use your own password going forward. Within your account you can link siblings both at this school and other schools using the same Tucasi software. 

Please note that you will need to check out and pay separately both for different schools and for dinners, as payments for school catering will be made to Commercial Services, Surrey County Council, Epsom Local Office, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5BY, and not the school's bank account. Please note that your bank statement will display WWW.SURREYCC.GOV.UK for these payments.

Minimum payment

Please note there is a minimum payment of £2.00 but if possible please try and group transactions together as the school is charged a transaction fee for a high volume of transactions.

Online Purchases Refund Policy / Returning Unwanted Goods

In the EU you generally have the right to cancel on-line purchases within 7 working days. Where you have used this website to make an online purchase you will have the right to cancel it within 7 days, or in the case of goods within 7 days of receiving them. However, school trips cannot be cancelled once they have taken place.

This website only supports payments made in Sterling.
